HASKELL
Haskell was a legacy family dry-land farm purchased in late 2020. Through diligence including utilizing the Texas Railroad Commission to log abandoned vertical oil wells, we were able to ascertain the un-tapped potential reserves of the Harber Strawn oil formation. By investigating the Texas Water Development Board we located a previously un-known water well, invested in establishing additional acreage for cultivation and placed a viable tenant on the property. After a 9 month hold, Grammer Farm and Ranch divested this property for a 200% ROI.
